• Prices on request
• The prices are per apartment and include bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, parking in our underground garage, use of the sunbathing lawn and the ski room, as well as the communal washing machine and dryer.
• As of January 1, 2014, the local tourist tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. This tax is charged per guest and per overnight stay by the accommodation establishments and amounts to €2,90 per day and per person. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax is due upon departure and is separately indicated on the invoice.

Deposit
The reservation is only valid after payment of the required deposit and receipt of our written confirmation. Please pay the deposit indicating the reason for payment as 'Deposit payment'.

General cancellation conditions
If you are unable to arrive, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• 30 days or more prior to arrival: 20% of the total booking amount
• 14 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
• 7 to 13 days prior to scheduled arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
• The day before scheduled arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking amount

Arrival and departure
Your flat is available from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7.00 p.m., please inform us. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9.00 a.m. at the latest.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.

Non-smoking house
Our accommodation is a non-smoking house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.

But also horse lovers, water enthusiasts and aerial acrobats - from paraglider pilots to model aeroplane enthusiasts - will feel right at home in Val Gardena. In addition, first-class golf courses and tennis courts are available to enrich your sporty day in the valley.

Val Gardena - the true skiers' paradise! Everyone will find their happiness here, whether beginner or world champion. With the convenient ski bus you can easily reach all lifts and cable cars, which offer a direct connection to the legendary Sellaronda and the Dolomiti Superski area. The ski carousel extends over 1.220 kilometres of slopes and is the largest of its kind worldwide. The majestic Alpe di Siusi offers unforgettable skiing experiences in a breathtaking setting. The slopes are perfectly groomed and allow you to feel the pure freedom of skiing while gliding through snow-covered valleys and enjoying the view of the imposing Dolomites.

A highlight are the cosy huts where you can enjoy delicious food in a warm atmosphere. Besides skiing, you can also go tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or ice skating and enjoy the wonderful panorama of Val Gardena to the fullest.

Our holiday apartments in Ortisei offer you the perfect starting point to make the most of the region's many leisure activities.

Our house is located on the sunny side of the valley and enjoys a privileged location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the vibrant centre of Ortisei, with its inviting pedestrian zone full of shopping opportunities and restaurants. You reach it via the enchanting Luis Trenker Promenade, which invites you to take relaxing or active walks and leads you directly to our house.

In the immediate vicinity of our house, you will find a supermarket as well as the indoor and outdoor swimming pool Mar Dolomit, which are just a few minutes' walk away. You can safely leave your car at home, as all destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bus. The bus stop is only 100 m away from our house.
